If you sign up to our mailing list, we will collect your name and email address, and your data will be processed on behalf of us by HubSpot Inc, in order for us to send emails to you and monitor email performance.

Website analytics

We collect anonymised website statistics using Google Analytics to measure the traffic and usage of our website.

Our carefully selected partners and service providers may process personal information about you on our behalf as described below:

Digital Marketing Service Providers

We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information. Our appointed data processors include:

(ii) HubSpot, Inc. which stores and processes your data on Our behalf.  The HubSpot Data Processing Agreement details how your data is processed and protected.

(iv) Vimeo is video hosting and sharing service and who may track usage and views of videos hosted on our website, according to their privacy pollcy

8. Do we share your data?

8.1 Subject to section 8.2, We will not share any of your data with any third parties for any purposes.
8.2 In certain circumstances, We may be legally required to share certain data held by Us, which may include your personal data, for example, where We are involved in legal proceedings, where We are complying with legal obligations, a court order, or a governmental authority.

Note: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. All emails sent via the website are encrypted via SSL/TLS.
