We are a rapidly growing B2B PR agency with a particular focus on technology, science and engineering. The last twelve months have been remarkable during which, despite COVID, we’ve won eleven new clients and have a healthy new business pipeline. We’re on track to double the business by the end of 2021, so this is a really exciting time to join us and become part of the fabric of our success and, eventually, lead the agency. A strong strategic approach underpins every successful campaign and our bespoke 3 phase process for comms strategy, involving audience evaluation, auditing and workshops, provide a unique formula for all clients moving forwards.
The current team is small, but set to grow quickly, and the MD is now looking for an additional Account Director to take a lead on an existing portfolio of clients so that they can continue to execute the new business strategy, and develop products and services to support campaign delivery.
The Account Director will take a lead some of the EC-PR’s key clients (from a strategic and hands on perspective), oversee the newly emerging junior team, and work with the MD to help grow the agency. We have ambitious plans for EC-PR, so this Account Director needs to excited about the strategic and commercial side of PR, and motivated to grow their skill set quickly.
Key skills required for the Account Director
- Agency side PR experience at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level
- Experience working with B2B / Tech clients
- Experience leading client accounts and teams
- An interest in strategy, commercials and operations
- Ambition, motivation and entrepreneurial-spirit
